What was the highlight of Rambuttri Village Plaza
Easy, pleasant enough for a short stay.
Great restaurants (street food) on the doorstep. Walking distance to The Reclining Buddha and The Royal Palace. Breakfast was exceptionally good.
Bit noisy from the courtyard. Smokers area was right next to the restaurant, occasional smell drifted across!

What was the highlight of Rambuttri Village Plaza
Older equipment in room and unfriendly staff made our stay not so pleasant as expected
Breakfasts were good, many options, but quality often low (no 100 % fruit juice, low quality tea etc.). Room was cleaned every day. Rooftop pool was fine after long hot day in town, on the other hand it was quite crowded every time we went there. Convenient location near to Khao San Road (but be prepared for many tourist traps on every step including taxi drivers who don't want to use taximeter). It is quite difficult to get here via public transportation (no metro station nearby). 7/11 and pharmacy in the same building.
Unfriendly staff on multiple occasions! Old A/C in room, unable to set for pleasant temperature and flow. Toilet and shower location - you will totally spray all toilet with water while taking shower. Be prepared that staff will charge you for everything (printing a few pages, storage of bags for a few hours). Additional fee when payment is done by card.

Really helpful staff, and good location in quieter area.
No sound proofing, lots of late night drunk people coming back which woke the children.

Very Good
Nice hotel close to the best destinations in town, with many restaurants and chilling bars around but still not noisy, compared to Khaosan Road. Nice pool on the rooftop and very good buffet breakfast for a fair price. Staff was very kind.
Of course the price is a bit higher to other facilities in the area. The AC is a bit noisy.
